SARS Inquiry hears how Gartner subcontracted Moyane's friend

"The Nugent commission of inquiry into Tax administration and governance at SARS has heard how Consulting firm Gartner subcontracted Tom Moyane's friend Patrick Monyeki for the IT assessment it did at SARS. The consulting firm alleges that they had received a list of preferred contractors which included Monyeki's Range Wave. That's according to Gartner's, managing partner Neville Willemse who was testifying before the commission. The commission also heard that Gartner and Monyeki set their own terms of reference for the IT assessment at SARS."
