Transiting legacy coldchain to digital

In the retail market the majority of installations utilize legacy temperature monitoring solutions using PT-100 sensors connected to a control board. I have written previous about it here. The fundamental problem with controller boards is that temperature readings are localized and any readings need to be manually transcribed for record keeping purposes. This process is prone to human failure as there is insufficient automation.

Battery Room Explosion

A hydrogen explosion occurred in an Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) battery room. The explosion blew a 400 ft2 hole in the roof, collapsed numerous walls and ceilings throughout the building, and significantly damaged a large portion of the 50,000 ft2 building.
