BMX - a high level 10 step method to work on problems for Tiger Teams

BMX is a draft methodology that I am working on and devising. It is similar and has overlapping steps to basic project management which I proposed here. BMX is an acronym for Bartels Method 10 where X represents 10, as per Roman numerals. I have previously written about Tiger teams here and provided an overview on how they are constructed. This article describes what Tiger Teams will do to solve problems.

Find out more about the methodology here.
