Slaptjips - or Potato chips according to Gordon Ramsay - the Awesome World of Things

Potatoes originated from Peru and are the world’s fourth largest food crop. They were introduced to Europe by the Spanish who learnt about the crop during their conquest of the Inca Empire. Initially, the crop was adopted by the poorer nations where an initial lack of resistance to disease had disastrous consequences as in the Great Irish Famine.

Battery Room Explosion

A hydrogen explosion occurred in an Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) battery room. The explosion blew a 400 ft2 hole in the roof, collapsed numerous walls and ceilings throughout the building, and significantly damaged a large portion of the 50,000 ft2 building.
