Electricity is typically used to refer to electric power, although
electricity occurs naturally. Electric power sparked the Second
Industrial revolution mainly due to the work of Nikola Tesla, a
naturalized American from Serbia. His ground breaking work in making
alternating current motors allowed the use of long distance electric
power distribution. Tesla died in obscurity with limited finical
resources in a hotel in New York.
